Removal

A photo of you in Theysay

You don't need the app or an account to ask for this.

If a photo of you is in Theysay and you didn't put it there, or it is an intimate image of you, we take it down. We hide it as soon as we find it, and we remove it no later than 48 hours after a valid request. Copies of the same image are removed too.

Send a removal request

Write to baran.gngr@gmail.com with the subject Removal request, and include:

  1. What the photo shows, and when you saw it, so we can find it.
  2. A statement that you are the person in it (or authorized to act for them) and that it was shared without consent, made under penalty of perjury.
  3. How to reach you.
Write the request

We never ask for an ID document or a selfie.

If you use Theysay

Tap the flag on the card and choose "This is me and I didn't consent". The photo leaves the queue on that one report.
